Forest Day will bring together the world’s pre-eminent forest stakeholders, agenda setters and policy makers to address the key forest and climate issues of our time:
- Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and forest Degradation (REDD)
- Climate Change adaptation
- Poverty, livelihoods, equity and justice
- Data collection, baselines and methodologies
- Rights, compliance, law and enforcement
- Forest investment and environmental service payments.
