Plyboo's FSC certification a first
Smith & Fong, a San Francisco company manufacturing architectural bamboo plywood and flooring in China under the label Plyboo, recently announced very proudly that it had received Forest Stewardship Council certification, which raised the question: Why does a fast-growing grass that replenishes itself on a five-year growing cycle need FSC certification?
